1. Bystronicman08

      5. Laughing Man

Why would I like the video before even watching it

    2. Ernie Allen

I wish I was able to like this a second time

    3. Datsko

This is the kind of constructive criticism that I like. Understands what he's doing right and wrong, and genuinely cares/wants him to be better. Very respectful

    4. Chthonian121

I don't think every youtuber with a million subs make 100k a month

    5. Goodlife Gerry

    6. Trinder3467

"Don't buy food, rent it" - Kevin O'Leary

    7. Eric Nava

Thanks Kevin. Sharing that video was very insightful and inspiring.

    8. BeingHonest

    9. Dead Ringer -Cult of Deathrattles

12:08 Lol While watching I could smell Kevin’s disapproval of that sentences

    10. Ryanbob Kuntz

Way to take what vogue does and make it boring

    11. Heisenberg B.B

Starbucks coffee is almost 3 dollars. Seriously.. 3x 5days a week

    12. Texas Plinking

Why did I feel nervous for Graham during this? ;D

    13. Aka Teddy

    14. Matchek Broski

do like the coffee at home unless it's a coffee date

    15. Roop

      this garbage

    16. Seal

I love how he almost comes off that he is very successful because of real-estate, but then says 85% of his income is directly/indirectly from youtube. So he's basically 1 in a million person who has a massive following off youtube which allows him to make all of his money essentially.

    17. Jeremy McCall

This was cool to watch. Refreshing attitude

    18. Nick Obradovich

This is so out of touch that it's ludicrous. How is it a struggle to survive on $1.6 million a year?

    19. Faris Almutairi

      8.234! why not 8.25? why not 8?

    20. Richard Levoi

This song is dedicated to all of the teenagers out there dealing with the frustrations of the coronavirus. Staying home for the prom, can't see your friends or someone special you just met. Stay safe and stay strong this will pass.

    21. Pepe Finance

Best video ever... I wish it will be me in a few years ... :)

    22. Hayden Cook

Lol if I didn't have a car I'd be screwed...ever heard of not being in the city limits?

    23. Mango

      he has a shiny head.

    24. Charles Garrett

Financial institutions have always been a target for criminals. But in this age of technological advancements and increases in organized criminal activity, financial institutions are finding it difficult to stay ahead of the fraudsters. Add to this the significant regulations related to the industry and it becomes clear that personnel must maintain constant vigilance in order to detect and prevent fraud at banks and other financial institutions. As a banker who sees dozens of fake checks, here are some tips: if words overlap, thats a red flag. If font sizes don't match, that's a red flag. If the lettering is faded, that's a red flag. Easiest solution, however is to just call the bank listed and ask to verify it. Simple as that. if you have just been scammed or in a fraud emergency involving large sums you can report with their agency through David.acfe19@gmailcom certified government official that offers a list of investigation and restitution services for free. The sooner fraud is detected, the lower the financial impact. Often the victim is the first person to discover fraudulent activity.

    25. Brodie Vissers

On the coffee note, I believe the idea circulating throughout history that coffee SHOULD be cheap or even free is doing the industry a big disservice. Of course there are long drawn-out supply chains that are not helping either, and there are obvious and clever savings by not over-purchasing products in cafés or restaurants, especially like Starbucks. That being said, supporting local businesses and supporting coffee farmers and everyone helping the better side of this industry to stay afloat should be a higher priority than getting the cheapest brand of year-old coffee at the grocery store. Not saying he's doing that, just a quick rant ;)

    26. Fin6as

Whats the point of making money if you don’t enjoy it?

    27. nick johnson

So he doesn’t live on 1.6 million a year. He lives off like 100,000

    28. Yoseph Alabdulwahab

You can't live in the south without a car

    29. fiji

2k on grocery Jesus how much guac this guy gets

    30. Lupita Nyongo

When he finds a chick make sure to sign a prenup

    31. Lupita Nyongo

Everyone should not be going to college. The most important thing is to start making money. If your college major isn’t going to give you a skill to make good money then you’re wasting your time

    32. SmllSlvrBck88

I think I’ll listen to the 29yr that hit a million instead of the old boomer that probably took longer to get to a million thank you

    33. Thomas Doyne

The most boring rich person ever.

    34. Klapaucius

i agree with the suit. Cheap goods usually don't last really long. Either you buy 10 of those cheap goods or you can buy 1 or 2 that last long

    35. Tegan Naidoo

Did CNBC this recorded with a Nokia 3310?

    36. hbarudi

Now they are reacting to Graham...

    37. Mike Ronald

    40. Ben Henderson

Just like Spongebob & Patrick would say: *WRITE THAT DOWN! WRITE THAT DOWN!*

    41. Height Above Sea Level

Is it just me or is the green screen behind Kevin not that great?

    42. Mary Antonio

but if you're a millionaire and you don't even really pay for your house... why do you need to scrimp and save on food? seems more like something a single mom would do. Lets suppose he doubled his food budget, it would only be a drop in the pond of his income, I don't get why he cares. An extra $2000 per year to someone who makes that kind of money should be nothing. Just sayin.... I though the whole point of having money is so that you buy what you want. If I was rich, I wouldn't bother waiting to buy food on sale, I'd buy whatever I want, whenever. I don't take that attitude for everything, but food? come on. It's not that expensive.

    43. nope datt

      Smart kid.

    44. Noah Kirkeby Middelboe

What is the point with getting Rich when you dont want too spend your money

    45. Mike Messiah

Lesson learned: *Hit the BRsel algorithm jackpot and become a millionaire. Nothing to do with investments and savings etc etc.*

    46. Kenneth Yim

      8:57 nice FL Journe, Kevin!

    47. Tracy Steiner

You don’t live buddy- you exist. Big difference. Not indulging in minimal comforts when you can afford time is ridiculous. And yeah, I have more than a million,so no, I’m not jealous.

    48. shalvin prakash

Don’t take financial advice from a youtuber... but you may take youtube advice from one.

    49. Autobot032

I'm 50/50 on this. Some absolutely excellent advice in here, but not all of the bases are being covered. Yes, you can skimp, but to what end? If you're going to skimp, do it with the suits too. (Their actions and their words don't match up.) Yes, you can work 15 hours a day, but you barely have any time to enjoy the fruits of your labor. (Not to mention time with family, etc.) Yes, you can make more and more and so on, but where does it end? (You can't take it with you when you go. If you don't have kids or a charity, it goes to the government. If you do have kids and you leave them nothing, it's just a painful financial reminder that you really, really didn't love them. All that money, all that time, nothing to show for it.) Not being funny, but what's ten million going to do for you that nine didn't? (Seriously, what's the cap? When do you call it quits and live comfortably and decently? Do you have to be Scrooge McDuck rich to feel "secure"? There are other aspects.) Would it be nice to have a... "care package" of sorts to be safe and content? Sure. Most people don't have that, though. Sometimes, they're happy as-is and the money could bring trouble. I think the honest answer is some people can handle money and what comes with it better than others, while others can't, but it all spends the same and anyone can be in another person's shoes when they least expect it. Coin collections, suits, watches, coffee, cars, etc... Past a certain point, you have everything you need, now it's just finding things to want.

    50. Michael K.

does this video go into this millennial's background? like his family's status? how he grew up, etc.?

    51. ebowden

Step one: pay Californian income tax Step Two: Revise this whole plan because the government only left me with 100,000 dollars

    52. TheTibetyak

I never liked Kevin O'Leary while watching Shark Tank. But I really appreciated his demeanor and educational approach in this video.

    53. vincentrich - Banned But Not Forgotten

10:25 - He was doing everything right until he mentioned that he has a girlfriend. It's the trap that all men get sucked into, no matter how smart or successful they are. Dude will be broke and starting over in mid-life.

    54. Go Cougs

I dont care how rich this kid is, his life looks boring and uptight

    55. A Crazy Hobo

These rich pieces of crap are the reason why its so expensive to live in california.

      1. Lui

Or maybe its what surrounds it 🙄 bio and name checks out lol

    56. Tex Nguyen

If Dwayne Wade was reacting to Graham, he would probably rate him 9/10

    57. Sponge Bob

his girlfriend looks like a Romanian Man

    58. Dennis Liu

    60. FarruFR

Kevin really just said "hit the like button, helps the algorithm" either he watches Graham or the producer is an avid watcher and included it on the script.

      1. fouoii gyhh

But how much bitcoin does he have

    61. Sponge Bob

hey Kevin I heard your wife crashed the boat in Ontario while she was drunk on some alcohol... was it you or are you blaming it on your wife so she takes the blame and you wouldn't take the blame

    62. Jonathan Duong

“Ima give him a 8.234.” 😂 this mans

    63. James Johanson

      Smart Guy

    64. Alex Worden

Making over a million a year sounds great when I'm making absolutely nothing right now and owe money lol

    65. maricondae

I mean the kid is crazy smart with his tax right offs and good on him for saving well and making bank! But these guys sound really cheap like they wouldn’t tip if they went out, so I’d be curious about that...

      1. Lui

If they provide good service sure

    66. rehdf

wait what? why the bank teller whould give you the old paper money and not keep it for her or family?

    67. Dylan

CNBC there is literally not one video you've made that I don't love.

    68. nightnight

These things really should not get recognition. This guy is just a famous BRselr, it's as simple as that. He got lucky the same way half of the other social media stars blew up because of perfect timing. Why idolize him as if he did something unique?

    69. Bodhi

Not just your average fake BRsel scammer.

    70. Marcus

You know, he could have $10 million dollars but I still wouldn't switch places with that midget. I think I'll take not needing a booster seat at restaurants.

    71. Mr. Mortakai

I'd like to know how much his daddy made cause it very easy to be successful when your daddy has money

    72. Julian

makes $100,000 a month and looks for specials at restaurants = self hatred

    73. Julian

makes $100,000 a month and won't buy nice clothes. loser

    74. Thebluefus

But how much bitcoin does he have

    75. Eric

"Make your own coffee don't buy Starbucks!" Everyone: Ohhhh Wooooooowwowow you're so smart IQ 200

    76. BillQuag -

You forgot to include stay single. He will lose half of his net worth that he worked so hard for in a divorce, and pay approximately 35% of his gross income to child support alimony. I'd like to see what Millennial money does then...

    77. Chris Helmly

I hope you tip your servers and bartenders well...

    78. Hapyy

      That was an enjoyable video.

    79. zackOsaur

ive been watchoing grahan for a long time and really know how frugal he is, but him saying he eats 2 eggs just really shows it. im a small guy like him and 3 eggs is the minimum ill have for breakfast.what a madlad

    80. Kevin Moodie

5:25 these words aged quite well
